Website Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Returns Policy:

MustHave4Home.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your goods. To avail of this option, you must send an email, quoting your order reference number, to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it stating "Returns" in the subject field within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email stating where to return the goods to. All goods returned must be in a re-salable condition and the customer must bear the cost of the return P&P. The customer is also liable for the goods until they are received by MH4Industry. A refund will not be issued until the goods have been inspected by MH4Industry and deemed to be in a re-salable condition.

2. Warranty:

MustHave4Home.com offers a 12 month Warranty on all goods. This warranty is limited to faulty manufacturing, materials and workmanship. The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or mis-use of products. Proof-of-purchase is required for any claims under this warranty. Please contact MustHave4Home.com in relation to any Warranty claim prior to returning any goods.

3. Delivery Charges:

MustHave4Home.com charges the below Delivery charges to destinations within the UK & Ireland. Deliveries outside the UK & Ireland are subject to charges and available on request.

UK - £8.99

4. Prices:

Prices on the website include VAT (21.5% in Ireland and 17.5% in the UK). The VAT will be shown at the billing stage  of the Checkout section.

5. Website Comments:

While we have the right to monitor external activity and content associated with the TiGi Website Network in the shape of Forums or Customer Ratings/Product reviews, we are not obligated to do so. As we do not, and may not have the ability to, control or actively monitor such content, we don't guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality. Due to community standards varying and individuals sometimes choosing not to comply with our policies and practices in the process of using our websites, you may be exposed to content that you find offensive or objectionable. You can contact us to let us know of content that you find objectionable. We may investigate the complaints and violations of our policies that come to our attention and may take any action that we believe is appropriate, including, but not limited to issuing warnings, removing the content or terminating accounts and/or subscriptions. However, because situations and interpretations vary, we also reserve the right not to take any action.

Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any content on the website.

If you feel that any content on the Site has directed libel or defamation towards you or that your legal rights have been in any other way infringed (including but not limited to intellectual property rights), or any person or entity related to you or to any other third party, or that these Terms of Use have been infringed in any way, there are two ways to report it to us:

a) There is a link to the contact page at the bottom of every page on the Site. This will lead you to a contact form in which you can select complaint as your reason for contacting us
b) In the forum there is a Report link that will bring you to a similar complaints page, but will target the specific comment that you wish for us to review in the context of it constituting potentially offensive or infringing material.

In the case of either (a) or (b) above, please supply us with as much information as possible, and we shall respond, using our reasonable discretion with a view to ensuring that damages are limited, by editing or removing content that we reasonably consider to be offensive or infringing. If necessary, the Registered Member who posted the offensive or infringing content will be banned or suspended from the TiGi Website Network to limit the possibility of any further offensive or infringing content being posted.

Notwithstanding that we will endeavour to address all complaints as we deem fit in accordance with the foregoing, the limitations of liability described above and elsewhere in these Terms of Use, shall to the fullest extent permitted by law apply to any acts or omissions by us in respect of any complaints we receive.
